Our mission is to develop strong athletes and even stronger individuals through the sport of wrestling.  We strive to build character, discipline, determination, accountability, and resilience while fostering a supportive team environment.  Wrestling teaches athletes to work hard, overcome challenges, and believe in themselves- lessons that extend far beyond the mat and help prepare them for success in life.

  • What do I wear to practice

    Shorts or sweat pants and a T-shirt.


    Wrestling shoes are required.


    Headgear is not required

  • Is a singlet required

    Yes you are required to have a Berthoud Youth Wrestling Club Singlet.  If you have one from the previous year that still fits you do not need to buy a new one.

  • Where are tournaments held?

    Tournaments will be held from Denver to Cheyenne.

  • Are tournaments required?

    No tournaments are not required but we highly encourage athletes to attend.  They are an additional $25 per tournament 


    Kids will be grouped in brackets based on experience and age/weight combination.
